I knew Bruce and his buddy, Ed Otto, when we were young teens. My cousin Louise dated Bruce, and I dated Ed, whom I later married. We spent summers at Bushkill Park swimming pool, and we often went to Bruce’s grandfather’s cabin on the Delaware at De Haven for a swim.

We lost touch when Bruce went into the Army and Ed and I were married. We saw him once in awhile over the years. But there are lots of memories. He was a great friend. Ed and I were later divorced, and Ed died in 1994.

My condolence to you, his cousins. I hope you have good fond memories, as well.

I knew Bruce since I was a little girl. He was my dad’s best friend and I knew him as “Uncle” Bruce. He always remembered me at Christmas and my birthday. I remember him and my dad always going fishing whether it was locally or up to Canada. I have many great memories. Bruce was such a nice person. So sorry for your loss.
