I was saddened to learn of Carolyn’s passing. I worked with Carolyn for years in Findlay. We often played bridge together and attended concerts. Above all, I enjoyed being someone with whom Carolyn could discuss her passion: opera.

Carolyn was a very special person with a radiant smile and a passion for opera which captivated others into this passion, also. She will be missed by her many friends as well as her family.

I was saddened to hear of Mrs. Pokrivchak’s passing. I was in Service Club at Donnell in 1985. She was an amazing lady with a great passion for the kids she taught. I was fortunate to have spent time with Mrs. Pokrivchak. She definitely made a difference in the lives she touched, and helped me to always look at everyone as an equal regardless their ability level.
