I’m so sorry to hear of his passing, he was always so friendly buzzing around the neighborhood in his wheelchair when weather was nice. We will miss him. Ann

Agree with Ann. Chuck typified perseverance and optimism. His choice to (almost) always see the optimistic side, humbles me still. He will be deeply missed.

May Charles P. Hinshaw RIP, “…Everything he has made pretty in its time. Even time indefinite he has put in their heart… I have come to know that there is nothing better for them than to rejoice and to do good during one’s life; and also that every man should eat and indeed drink and see good for all his hard work. It is the gift of God.”Ecclesiastes 3:10-13″
The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, … to a resurrection of life.” John 5:28,29

We are so sorry to hear of Chuck’s passing. What a joy it was to have him visit to say hello and share his appreciation for the day.
Our dogs will miss him too. Many days these dogs sat and waited for his roll up the driveway so that they could enjoy one of Chuck’s dog treats.
Chuck actually rescued our lost dog one day. We drove around the neighborhood frantically looking for her.. A few hours later Chuck rolled down the steep hill next to our house and called out for us. When we could finally see him approaching, there was our missing little dog, rolling happily along in Chuck’s lap.
    Peace be with you Chuck.
