John G. “Jack” Munro, 82 formerly of Basking Ridge, NJ died Friday, July 15, 2016 at Moravian Hall Square, Nazareth, PA. Born July 15, 2016 in New Haven, CT he was a son of the late William and Anne (Galvin) Munro. A graduate of Fairfield University and the University of Detroit, he was a Chemical Engineer for many years before retiring.
He is survived by 4 children: John Munro of Pompano Beach, FL, Kevin Munro of Charlottesville, VA, Elizabeth Haser of Buck Hills Falls, PA, Mary Katherine Kolbusch of Flanders, NJ; 3 step-children: Shelly Matz and Wendy Nepute of Louisville, KY, Daniel Archambault of Acton, ME; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife: Jacqueline.
Services will be at the convenience of the family. The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling arrangements.
