John H. Finken

John H. Finken, 84, of Palmer Township, died Saturday, October 3, 2015 in Easton Hospital.

Born March 22, 1931 in Easton, he was a son of the late Frederick C. and Anna M. (Fortner) Finken.

John worked at ATT in Easton and Allentown for 30 years and served in the Air Force during the Korean War.

Surviving are his wife, May (Piatt) Finken; two sons, John H. Finken and his wife, Joanne of Forks Township and Scott A. Finken and his wife, Lindsey in New Hamphire; six grandchildren; four step-children, Kevin Bowyer, Sharon Achey, Timothy Bowyer and Stephanie Buenrostro; seven step-grandchildren; and six step-great grandchildren.  His brother, Frederick C. Finken, Jr. died earlier.

Services will be private.  Interment will be in South Easton Cemetery.  The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling the arrangements.  Offer online condolences at www.AshtonFuneralHome.com.

    We were saddened to hear of the death of Mr. Finken. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mrs. Finken, John & Joanne, Scott, and the rest of the Finken family.
