Please accept my sincerest condolences on the passage of your mother. She was a surrogate mother to many of us on the Hay Terrace block where we lived and played while growing up. I always remember how welcome she made me feel during the countless hours I spent in your home as a young boy. She possessed that unique and rare quality of thoroughly enjoying not just her own children but also the children of other families. I know she will be missed but be assured she lives on through the memories and stories which all of us who knew her carry with us and through the lives of her children and grandchildren.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of your mother. She was a dear friend to our mother and many others as well. I will always remember her pleasant demeanor and thoughtful and clever gift giving. She would beam with joy when sharing stories about her grandchildren during the Saturday nights out at The Club. May your fond memories bring you comfort.

Thank you for your loving thoughts about my Mom. She will surely be missed-but I know her generous heart touched a lot of people throughout her life. When you see a daisy, a swan, piece of chocolate, Manhattan (or a Martini!), little things, visit Spring Lake or hear Tom Jones or BB King-know that they were among her favorite things, besides, of course her family and friends. Rest in peace Mom, Gram, Nan, GiGi and Grandma Marilynn.

Please know that your sweet, beloved Mother will truly be missed. She inspired us while growing up and had a loving, generous heart. I still remember listening to the Beatles new album at your home with her nearby. She was actively present for all of our Hay Terrace activities including the times at Hay School and on the block. The special memories at Spring Lake were some of my fondest times growing up. Please know that I extend my sincerest sympathy, love, support, and strength to you at this time. The memories of her and her wonderful spirit live on within all of you and will carry you through each day.
