Mary Jane Lutz, 84, of Forks Township, died Thursday, April 10, 2014 in the home of her daughter, Susan.
Born: May 7, 1929 in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Donald S. and Mary Grace (Painter) Reich.
Personal: Her husband, George R. Lutz died in 2005. She graduated from Lafayette College in 1984 and was a special education teacher in the Nazareth Area School District. She was also a secretary at Lafayette College and Easton Junior High School.
Memberships: Mary Jane was a member of First United Church of Christ, Easton and served on the Board of Directors of the former SPCA, Easton.
Survivors: A daughter, Susan J. Vicario of Martins Creek; 4 sons, George D. Lutz of Michigan, Kurt R. Lutz, Brian J. Lutz, and Mark J. Lutz of Easton; a brother, Chauncey Reich; 17 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. A brother, Donald Reich died earlier.
Services: 10:30 am Tuesday in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton. Call on Monday from 5:30 to 7:00 pm in the funeral home.
