Prudencia “Violet” Meuser, 70, of Palmer Township, died Tuesday, September 12, 2017 in Old Orchard Health Care Center.
Born March 31, 1947 in The Philippines, she was a daughter of the late Bayani and Prudencia (Felipe) Yraola. Her husband, Donald A. Meuser died in 1996.
Prudencia was a nurse at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital, Allentown and Easton Hospital. She was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church and the BLD Praise and Worship Group.
She is survived by two brothers and two sisters.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Monday, September 18, 2017 in St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Ave., Easton. A visitation will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm on Sunday in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine.

I was blessed to know Prudence in the last months of her life in the BLD prayer group we both belonged to at St. Jane`s church. She was warm, kind & gracious. She will be deeply missed by her brothers & sisters in Christ. We send our love with you to Heaven. God bless you, Prudence !
