I had the privilege of knowing and working with ‘Rick’ over 40 years ago at Hoffman-LaRoche. I remember the huge Chrysler station wagon that he drove….he loved that car! He was always so easy-going, easy to talk to, and had such a great outlook on everything. He was always smiling and I’ll never forget his infectious giggle. I never saw him get mad or raise his voice. Mostly though, I remember his unwavering love and devotion to his family, especially to his son Brian. God, family, and country were so important to him.
I’m very saddened by his passing. He was a great friend and a wonderful man. My sincerest condolences to his sons Brian, Richard and family. May you find comfort in knowing that your ‘Dad’ has been reunited with your ‘Mom’, Mildred in a glorious place, never again to be separated.
May God bless Richard H. Hageman, and may he rest in peace.

I am saddened by the passing of Richard. He was such a wonderful positive man who took such good care of his family. Never complained-always smiling and laughing and had great interesting stories of his life. My condolences to Brian and Richard who were both loved greatly and whom he was so proud of.
Mildred is now reunited with the love of her life. My prayers are with all of you that are missing this wonderful man.
