Rose Marie Allen

Rose Marie Allen, 80, of Easton died Sunday, April 20, 2014 at home.

Born: November 10, 1934 in Trenton, NJ she was a daughter of the late William and Ona (Savage) Anderson. Her husband Willard “Dutch” Allen, Jr. died in 1991.

Memberships: She was a member of the Concordia Maennerchor and Am. Vets. #17.

Survivors: Her daughter: Christine Lee Allen with whom she resided; son: Terry Lee Allen of Easton; 12 grandchildren, including Lonnie, Scott, Nadia, Lee, Melissa and Dorothy; 18 great-grandchildren including Christine Rose and Tyler Scott; 1 great-great-granddaughter; sister: Donna Johnson of Easton; and a godchild: Bobbi Jo Naylor of Easton. She was predeceased by her husband, step-sons: Dennis Walker, Butch Allen, III, siblings: Kenneth, Chester, Naomi and godchild: Celiann Brown.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday (Apr. 25) in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton, with visitation from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Interment will be in South Easton Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions: May be made to the Easton Home Hospice, 3001 Emrick Blvd., Ste. 303, Bethlehem, PA 18020.

    On behalf of the family of Dennis Walker, please accept our condolence regarding the passing of our step-grandmother Rose Allen. Unfortunately Dennis Walker passed away in 2012. These condolences come from Dennis’ daughter Denise Cardinalli-Walker; his son Sean Dennis Walker; his daughter Thea Joy Bachman-Walker; his grandson Anthony Sean Walker and granddaughter Alyssa Walker; his other grandson Michael Bachman.
