Valoise L. “Val” Bubba, 89, of Palmer Township, died Saturday, November 15, 2014 in Easton Hospital.
Born April 21, 1925 in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Ellsworth and Helen (Gerhart) Case.
She and her husband, Emidio C. “Tony” Bubba were married 57 years. She was the Safety Services Coordinator for the Easton Chapter of the American Red Cross for 25 years and a member of First United Church of Christ, Easton. Val graduated from Easton High School in 1942, was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and was a Brownie leader at St. Marks United Church of Christ, Easton. She and Tony greatly enjoyed traveling and she loved gardening and animals.
Surviving with her husband, Tony, are nieces and nephews. Her brothers, Arthur and Ellsworth Case died earlier.
Services will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, November 20th in First United Church of Christ, 27 North Third St., Easton. A visitation will be held from 9:30 am until service time in the church. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine. The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling the arrangements.
