Pearl M. Dopilka

Pearl M. Dopilka, 94, died Friday, September 9, 2022 in Bethlehem Manor Memory Care. Born October 29, 1927 in Easton, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Emma (Kappish) Patoki. Her husband, John J. Dopilka died in 2010. Pearl was the head waitress at Marquis Dining Hall of Lafayette College for many years until retiring. She was also an active member of Fellowship Church, Phillipsburg.

Surviving are a son, Randy Decker and his wife, Tee; a daughter, Holly Kociolek and her husband, Tony; seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. A daughter, Gail Kuypers; a brother, John Patoki; and two sisters, Helen Repsher and Ethel Mettler died earlier.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 8, 2022 in Fellowship Church, Phillipsburg. The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling the arrangements.     Randy and Holly,I’m sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. I’m sure you had good memories. Stay strong.

    I am saddened to hear of Pearl’s passing, but know she is with the Lord Jesus, whom she trusted as her Savior. Pearl prayed faithfully in my ministry and I shall miss my conversations with her.
