Noel S. Prince, 47 of Easton, PA passed away, Wednesday, February 15, 2023. Noel, affectionately known as Nolie, was born September 25, 1975 in the Bronx. He was one of three sons of the late Charles and Dorothy (Billingy) Prince. Noel was the manager at More Than Q in the Easton Public Market and also started his own bakery business, Dot’s Dream, named after his beloved mother.
Nolie had a passion for cooking and learning new recipes. He loved to joke around and laugh at literally everything, from silly pranks with fake teeth or playing dress up in hair and makeup done by his daughter. Nolie was the type of person to give you the shirt off his back but would also snatch you up by your shirt if you crossed his family. He was a vessel of knowledge and wisdom but couldn’t figure out why his packages kept being delivered to the wrong house or which container was recyclable and which was not.
He is survived by his life partner: Lateefah Gilliam; daughters: Tianna, Taylor and Tamia; his brother: Sean Prince and sister-in-law Adina Jones-Prince. He was predeceased by his brother: Charles Alfred Prince.
Services will be held 11 AM Friday (Feb. 24) at the Greater Shiloh Church, 403 Pastor Fred Davis St, Easton with visitation 10 to 11 AM. Memorial contributions may be made to the family c/o the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St, Easton, PA 18042. Offer online condolences at www.AshtonFuneralHome.com.

I had the chance and the pleasure of working with Noel. He was a good leader and supervisor. He taught me so much. He really enjoyed cooking. I worked with him in Karoo Buffet in Kalahari. My condolences to his family, friends and the Kalahari universe. He will be missed and never forgotten. Fly with the angels Noel. You’re with Christ now in heaven.

Noelie man! That was my guy! Whenever he entered the room the room brightened up so much more! You knew as soon as he saw you he would give you that big bear hug and he was going to crack jokes on someone or anything that just came to his mind. It was always love and laughs with him. He always kept it 100 no matter what. Going to miss his baking! His cakes and cupcakes were amazing! No matter the distance and time he would always reach out even if it was just a “love you cuz and miss you” he will definitely be missed deeply. His family and his beautiful baby girl are in my thoughts and prayers.

I only met Noel recently at More Than Q in Easton. He was such a pleasure, a big smile, so much knowledge about his craft. I am really sad to hear of his passing.
