    Dear Eileen and family,
I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Chaplain Mikol, he was a great comfort to my husband Charles. My husband was a Viet Nam vet that was greatly troubled and Chaplain Mikol brought him great comfort and was a wonderful friend to Charles.
He spoke at the memorial service at Lyons. My husband passed on May 13, 2011.

I attended seminary in Kentucky with Chaplain Mikol “Bob,” one year. He was an inspiration to me as it was my first year and his senior year. I enjoyed talking and praying with him. We lost touch for too many years but had reconnected about 2 years ago via email and one phone call. My condolences to his wife, children and family. We lost a good man and spiritual leader but now God has gained him back home.
