Mr.Golden was a wonderful teacher. He was a great influence on me when he was a teacher at Miller Heights Elementary School when I was a student and we later co -taught at Buchanan Elementary School in the Bethlehem Area School District. He had the district -wide spelling bee student in his class in 1976. He was known for his kind, gentle manner of teaching. My husband, Bob, also enjoyed his company while he visited the courthouse when my husband was employed there.
Mr. Golden was a great influence in many children ‘s lives.
