Linda Ahart

Linda Ahart, 60, of Palmer Twp., PA died Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at home.

Born August 23, 1954 in Flemington, NJ she was a daughter of the late George and Edna (Easily) Seyfarth.

A graduate of N. Hunterdon High School, she he had previously been employed by Mobil Chemical Co. and Diamond Aerosol Co. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Easton.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years: Ronald G. Ahart; a brother: George Seyfarth of Newton, NJ; and sister: Mary Perrine of Perkasie, PA. She was predeceased by a son: Ronald “Ronnie” Ahart, Jr. in 2002.

Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday (Nov. 10) in Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton, PA. Interment will be in Easton Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family c/o the funeral home or to the Muscular Dystrophy Assoc.

    She was also predeceased by her sister Ellen Coursen in July of 2014.

    Dear Ahart Family, I’m so sorry to read of your recent loss. I don’t know your family personally but I want to send my deepest sympathies and sincerest condolences to all of you. I hope you can gain comfort in the words at John 11:11 and John 5:28,29. We are guaranteed that death is a temporary sleep-like state and that all will be undone in future. I hope you will find peace in the knowledge that you will see Linda again. All my sympathies to all of you.
