John W. Tindall

John W. Tindall, 65, of Easton, died Sunday, August 12, 2018 in St. Luke’s Hospital.

Born February 26, 1953 in Easton, he was a son of Doris M. (Brown) Tindall of Wilson Borough and the late Walter G. Tindall, Jr.

He was an engineer for Collins and Maxwell Construction, Easton for many years.  Prior to that he was the Township Engineer for Forks Township and the City Engineer for Easton.
He was a graduate of Wilson High School and the University of Missouri and was a member of the Easton Jaycees.

Surviving with his mother, Doris, are a daughter, Lauren Dorsey and her husband, Stu, of Easton; two brothers, Walter Tindall and James Tindall; and two grandchildren

Services will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, August 17, 2018 in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton.  A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:30 pm on Thursday in the funeral home.  Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine.  Offer online condolences at www.AshtonFuneralHome.com.

    My heart is sad for your loss. There are no words to express how truly sorry I am. John was such a good guy. The pain of losing him him will never go away but it will ease in time. Hold on the memories and know he is watching over you and your family. Heaven has another 😇. Love you all.

    I worked with john when he was engineer in Easton. I knew him to be a great engineer and superior person. Was saddened to read of his passing condolences to his family.

    I’ve spent the last few hours trying to find away to package my friendship with John and there is absolutely no way of doing so.

    I met him 40 plus years ago and all i can say is memories, memories of days gone by as he was an avid Eagles Fan and i’m glad he was able to see them win the championship.

    He was truly my friend and i will miss him forever.

    My sincere condolences goes out to the entire Tindall family members.
