Elaine was quite a lady – always ready to help, willing to share her knowledge, and passionate about history. Without her leadership as a volunteer with the Northampton County Historical Society, the Nicholas House would not have been the educational center that it became. I feel honored to have known and worked with Elaine, and know that her life made a significant impact in our community.
