Missing you already. You were such a joy. You were a good humanitarian; never saw the bad in anyone–only the good. You were always the first to help out anyone in need; even putting yourself aside.
We have loved you unconditionally and we will always love you. We will always remember your smile when you came to visit. You loved the mouse.
Jeffrey you will be so missed. Be at peace. You have many souls waiting to greet you. Give our love to all and especially our Joe.
Love always, Dad & Mom (Gloria)

I always called Jeff my Dad. He was better than my real Dad. When I was little, he worked on the ice cream truck and sometimes Mom would punish me and not let me have money to get ice cream, but he would always buy me an ice cream anyway. I love you, Dad, and will always miss you. Say “HI” to my Nana.

My brother Jeff… I lost a piece of my heart the day we lost you. Even though we have different last names, you are and will always be my brother. You have been the most honest, loving, hard working person I have ever known with a heart bigger than all out doors. When people would say “he would give you the shirt off his back” I will think of you because that is the kind of man you are. Elaine and I will miss you in Gettysburg hanging out at my house in the summer, the car shows we would attend and just sitting around having a good chat. Zoey (our dog) will miss you too. She loved napping with you, stealing your socks and you sneaking food to her at dinner time. I always knew you were doing it but didn’t have the heart to tell you no… Zoey loved her uncle Jeffery very much… I love you and I miss you very much… Be at peace my brother…

Rob said it best. Honest, loving, caring and hard working are just few of your traits. You will be right beside your mother, who you only knew for a short while. I believe that you got your personalty from her as well as her mother Mary Werkeiser. Between you, your mother and grandmother, God had his hands full because he put three of the most caring individuals on this earth and he put them in the same family. Thank you God for giving me such a caring brother.

My 💔 happening upon this. He may have never been my legal brother, but I thought the world of this person! I knew him since I could remember, a good, kind, gentle young man. I am 💔. RIP my brother from another, well beloved mother, RIP until we meet again.
