The Werleys send our love and condolences to Judy’s family, with many thoughts of our 60 years of friendship. As kids, Aunt Judy inspired us with her energy, positive thinking and warm welcomes; in later life, we admired her resilience in the face of many challenges – and continuing warm welcomes. We shared so many experiences, from Girl Scouts to weddings to the Outer Banks and ballet.

My condolences to Kim and Julie and all of the family. We will miss your Mom very much. I had such great conversations with her. After all, I knew her since I was 4 years old, when Kim and I took ballet classes with Mrs Jacksier! All the way through high school and cheerleading! Then we got to catch up again when she became a patient. I am so sorry for your loss. I’m also sorry I will not be able to attend the services but my thoughts will be with all of you.
