Anna Louise “Bobby” Getz, 95, passed away April 15, 2021 in Mentor, OH.
Bobby was born June 23, 1925 in Pottsville PA to W. Linton and Anna Louise Miller Getz.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Ann and brother, Lorenz Miller Getz. She is survived by her sister, Edwina Getz Shivers; sister-in-law, Nancy Getz; nephew, Miller Getz; and nieces, Anna Getz, Debbie Grant, Barbara Havenhill and Susan Hullihen and her many grand nieces and nephews.
She was a graduate of Kutztown State Teachers College. She became a long time resident of Bristol, PA where she was a high school librarian. She was an avid reader, enjoyed travel and she loved to feed the birds.
She will be laid to rest at 12 pm on Tuesday April 27, 2021 alongside her parents at Northampton Memorial Shrine, Easton, PA with the assistance of the Ashton Funeral Home, Easton. Please meet in Section N.
