Renee A. Harrington

Renee A. Harrington, 66, of Forks Township, died unexpectedly in her home on June 11, 2022. Born January 28, 1956 in Dickson City, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Martha E. (Decker) Hopkins. She and her husband, Robert J. Harrington were married 48 years. Renee worked at Lowe’s, Phillipsburg, for the past 20 years.

Surviving with her husband, Robert, are three daughters, Stacy Harrington, Melissa Casale and her husband, Joe, and Heather Harrington; two brothers, Robert Hopkins and his companion, Michele, and Gregory Hopkins; a granddaughter, Madison, and a great grandson, Harlan.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, June 17, 2022 in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton. A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:30 pm on Thursday in the funeral home.     Heather, Stacy, Melissa, Maddy…we were so shocked to hear of your mom’s passing. She loved you all so much and always spoke of you. She worked so hard but she loved her vacations. We will miss her Christmas Eves. Hugs to you all!

    My heart breaks for all of you. I have known Renee for over 30 years. She was kind, gentle and yet a strong woman who was loved and respected by everyone around her. Her smile will be missed. Bob, hugs to you and all the family. Prayers that you find peace. Rest In Peace my friend.

    Bob and family,

    Words can not lessen the loss. My thoughts are with you and your family. Memories will carry you through. I still remember many interactions with Renee that strengthened my understanding of customer service and delivering a lasting experience. She was an amazing salesperson and contributed so much to this earth. She also loved unconditionally and made our world a better place. She was a truly amazing person.
