My condolences to the family of Dr. Agatha Costanza. She was one great lady & one great pediatrician. I say that because my son was her very first patient. They developed a strong bond, In fact, Dr. Costanza wanted to keep my son forever. Dr. Costanza had her practice for 50 years & my son just turned 50. God Bless you, Dr. Costanza…fly with the angels.

Rest in peace, Aggie. I was fortunate to have you as pediatrician to my children, employer for many years, and best of all – my friend. In my nearly fifty years of nursing, I have never known a more dedicated or devoted physician! I am thinking of you with many fond memories. God bless you for all the care and concern you’ve given to so many.

My heart aches for having lost such a wonderful doctor who took such great care of my four children. We were one of her first patients when she began her practice here in Easton. She pulled one of my sons through spinal menengitis, for which I will be forever grateful. My condolences to her family. It was such a pleasure to have known such a special lady.
