Dear Debbie and Family,
I am deeply sorry for the loss of your Mom/Mimi.
She was a beautiful person and I am so grateful to have become her friend.
Arlene was the first person I looked for everyday..and when I would walk in and she would say “Hi Michelle ” it made my day!
She loved her family so much and we spent alot of time looking at the photos she had around her room. She was a perfectionist and I loved how she always wanted her hair just right, her lipstick and her jewelry matched her outfits. Sometimes she would roll her eyes at me, which is a habit I have too, and it always made me laugh..which would make her laugh. I have lots of great memories, and will miss her. Thank you for sharing her with all us “girls” who cared for her.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless…

Dear Debra and Family,
We are saddened to hear the loss of your mother through PFDA. Sometimes folks feel we are immune to the pain of loss for our chosen vocation. We, like you, know that is not true. Although I don’t recall the privilege of meeting mom at a convention, I do recall dad, and of course, our limited gatherings when I was on “the Board” in Harrisburg.
Please know you have my and our whole family’s sympathy at this time.
Holding you all up in prayer from Wilkes-Barre…

Debra and family,
I was so sad to hear of the loss of your beloved mother. My heart, my love, and all of my prayers are with you at this difficult time.
This quote has helped as I deal with a similar loss; I hope it brings you comfort. “Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they are happy.”
May God send you comfort,
Annette Russo

Dear Kline and Debbie and families: Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the loss of your Mother. I did not know her personally, but I know the two of you, and you both are wonderful people — how proud she must have been of you! There’s an old saying: “Physician, heal thyself.” Is there a similar saying: “Funeral Director, comfort thyself?” I don’t know if that is possible, but I pray that you feel the comfort of those who know and love you and are holding you up in prayer. Blessings to you, Jean Anne Shafferman
