Charlie was a wonderful man. He was a very kind man who was very respectful and had a good sense of humor. I’ll never forget the way his face would light up when he would get Bingo or win on a pull tab game. He was always lucky like that but very humble. Jason and I will miss playing bingo with him every Monday and seeing him drive “the ladies” there every week as he was very dedicated to making sure they got there. Corine my deepest sympathies go out to you and your family during this time. Charlie was a great man and it was an honor to know him.

I will never forget Charlie’s smile as I walked in to play pinochle Tuesday afternoons at Chrin. He welcomed each of us with it, waving us over to join him. We all enjoyed playing with him, listening to his stories, hearing the pride in his voice as he talked of the crafts and craft shows he shared with his beloved wife In my last conversation, he spoke of how his wife Corine wanted to learn how to play. Corine, if you ever want to join us you would be most welcome. We were all shocked and saddened by his sudden loss. Our hearts go out to you Corine and all of his family and friends. So sorry for the tragic loss of such a good man. He will be missed.
