Condoleces to DK ,Ryan and your families, I considered your dad one of my oldest friendsafter your brother passed I know it affected him but I couldn’t get through to him. He always called me Bobert. in the early days when we were in highschool he had a Pontiac Coupe I think it was a 58 he was so proud of it I think he and your grandfather worked on it together. He always seemed to be smiling and happy. Thats how I’m going to rememember him.

I am living in Florida now and just found out about his passing away. I am so sorry to hear about your lose. We were in band together and it was a great time with Mr. Zellner as our director, teacher, and friend. We graduated together too. I would have to say that high school was one of my best times with all my friends and school mates. I know he will be sorely missed by your whole family. I will keep you in my prayers. God Bless.Dawn(Merring) Loveland.

My Name is Chuck Whitman. I am the current Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 501 in Esperance NY. I just learned of Dudd’s passing. The first Scoutmaster of this troop was Chuck Stephens. Chuck and Dudd were very close friends. For a time, Dudd had been registered with our troop and on occasion, he would join us on our outings. Dudd served many years as the shooting merit badge counselor at the Henderson Scout reservation during summer camp and all the boys knew him well. Dudd was one of those people you would not soon forget meeting. He was very genuine and he will be missed. We send our thoughts and condolences to Dudd’s family. Until we meet again…
