Dear Marsha, Patti, and Carol,
Please accept our deepest sympathy on the passing of your mother. While I knew Mrs. Barton from our Wilson church, Memorial UCC, we were fortunate to get to know her and your father as neighbors and friends when we moved back home in 1984. She was a delightful lady who always had a kind word and smile. We admired her endless energy and her desire to help others. She and my dad made pies together at church. Betty Barton was one of a kind!
Again, please accept our condolences.

Dear Pattie, Marsha and Carol,
Your mother was the sweetest person, so warm and caring more than her family, many friends will miss Granny Gran. I am so glad she was in my life. The pie crew will miss her crumb topping and all of us will miss how she could make us smile!
Much Love and Many Good Memories,
All my best as you travel this difficult road,

Dear Marsha, Patti and Carol,
So very sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. She was truly one of a kind and my favorite adult when growing up, maybe because she didn’t behave like an adult. She made being a kid fun. She lived a life overflowing with family and I know you will miss her terribly. I will remember her so fondly. Susan.

Betty was the best neighbor EVER to my parents Naomi and Wendell Smith! They got such a kick out of her stories, her energy, and her pride in her family. She knew every birthday and every college of all family members and would recite them on request (or not). She never met a stranger, always a friend.
Prayers for you, Betty’s wonderful family,
Ruthann

I am so sorry about Betty passing. I really loved her. Even though I did not see her often I will miss her. Holidays at Nicky and Patty’s house will not be as much fun without her.

I was so sorry to hear of Betty’s passing and wish Marsha and her family prayers and condolences. Only met Betty a few times at Marsha’s home when Marsha was my next door neighbor, but I too have a 90+ year old Mom and can understand how hard her passing is, even after a long and loving life. Special thoughts go out to Marsha and her family.

To Betty’s family,
I knew her through my dad (Bill), and had the absolute pleasure of going to the shore with her several times. She always made me laugh and her energy was infectious.

To all the Barton Clan,
My sympathies to all of you. I just learned about Betty’s passing this morning—-
how sad I am. She was such a wonderful person who loved her big family and the family gatherings at the shore. We always talked about our families and how proud we are about them. Betty was always cheerful and sharp as a tack. She was a real treasure. Eventually, we got around to taking care of business too. May her memory be eternal.
