Elvira Smith Buchanan, 65, of Easton, PA died suddenly Thursday, January 7, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Easton Campus. Born January 6, 1956 in Bethlehem, PA she was a daughter of the late Amos and Beatrice (Graves) Smith. She was a bus assistant for a private school in the Lehigh Valley for several years.

She is survived by her children: Heather Smith and Robert Dunston; a sister: Betty Smith and her sons: Blane Sandt, Jr. and Tyson Sandt, Sr.; her longtime companion: Robert Starling; and grandchildren. A sister: Shirley and brothers: Amos and Edward died earlier.

    With a sad heart and trying to get through the loss of my sister has been a burden on me. I just can’t seem to accept that she is gone. I will truly miss her. Love you so much and missing you already.

    I Will Truly Miss you Aunty, I’m glad I have a lot of memories with you, I remember you taking me to the VFW and showing me off to your friends there Saying this is my niece ain’t she Beautiful 🙂 ..I Love you, rest Well, Tell everyone Up in Heaven I said Hi and I will see you all when I get there❤️❤️

    It’s taken me a while to get here, not wanting to really believe this is happening. You’ve been such a great supporter of mine as far back as I can remember. So much has happened in our relationship and there was so much I still wanted to say to you. One thing being how much I Always Enjoyed our time together for Our birthday’s, I’m gonna Miss that and You So Very much. I’m so sorry you couldn’t hang out for the best part of Your life. Until we’re together again, know I’ll always love you and keep you near. Rest Easy Aunty, You deserve it. Tell My Dad I’m I love Him and everyone up there and will be there when it’s time 💔💙
