Ethel Beatrice Wilson, 80, of Easton, PA died Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at her daughter’s home in Easton. Born April 29, 1941 in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Viola (Mason) Wilson. She was a graduate of Easton High School and had worked at the high school in their kitchen for many years before retiring. Ethel was a very active member of the Easton Mennonite Church.
She is survived by her children: Neely Rose (husband Cliff, Jr.) with whom she resided; Robert “Billy” Shupe (wife Kory) in MT; Marlo Dalpe (husband Brian) of Williams Twp., PA; sister: Carol Knauss in TN; brothers: Frank Young, Sr. of Tatamy, PA, Rudy Critelli of Bethlehem Twp., 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and the many children she helped raised as an adoptive parent.
