Frances M. Margle

Frances M. Margle, 89, formerly of Palmer Township, died Thursday, November 16, 2023 in Renaissance Home, Forks Township. Born April 30, 1934 in Pottsville, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Elizabeth (Canfield) Reddington. Her husband, Stanley J. Margle, Jr. died in 2006. She graduated from Pottsville Catholic High School in 1952 and worked at Dixie Cup in the credit union department for many years. Frances was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church.

Surviving are her children, Stanley J. Margle, III, Elizabeth A. Mandarino, Michael P. Margle, and Anita L. Casciole; two sisters, Nancy DeAngeles and Jean Reddington; nine grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was predeceased by eight siblings.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 in St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church, 4049 Hartley Ave., Palmer Township. A visitation will be held from 9:30 am until service time on Tuesday in the church. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery. The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling the arrangements.
