Helen I. Shupp, 89, of Palmer Township, died Monday, May 12, 2014 in Gracedale.
Born: July 31, 1924 in Warrior Run, PA, she was a daughter of the late John Ciesla and Katherine (Kuzna) Sweeney.
Personal: Her husband, Robert W. Shupp, Sr. died in 2002. She worked at Binney and Smith for 30 years and retired in 1986.
Memberships: Helen was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church.
Survivors: Two sons, Robert W. Shupp, Jr. and James P. Shupp; a daughter, Lorraine M. Werkheiser; six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Four sisters and three brothers died earlier.
Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 15, at 10:30 am in St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church, 4049 Hartley Ave., Palmer Township. A visitation will be held from 9:00 to 10:00 am on Thursday in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton. Interment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Township.
