To the Bittle family,
My Uncle Irving is an integral part of some of my favorite childhood memories, ie, summers (and that one Christmas) in the Poconos with grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. I particularly recall with great fondness Uncle Irving’s great wit, which was coupled with his willingness to engage his nieces and nephews (and of course his own children). He was one of those people that we can look back on as having influenced us when we were young and impressionable because he was a real person who treated us a real person. He will be missed.
My condolences and best regards to my Aunt Marian and my cousins,
Keith
