James L. Madison, 94 of Forks Twp., PA died Monday, January 31, 2022 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson Campus. He was born September 14, 1927 in Easton, and was a graduate of Wilson High School. Jim served in the Navy during World War II as an airplane gunner and was employed by Pratt-Whitney in CT for 35 years before retiring. He was a member of First United Church of Christ, Easton.
He is survived by his companion: Jean Rothermel, friend: Nancy Rothermel both of Forks Twp.; and a sister: Evelyn Mader of Murrells Inlet, SC. He was predeceased by wives: Myrtle (Riley) and Annie (Hopoweic).
Graveside Services with military honors will be held 1:30 PM Friday, Feb. 4 at Northampton Memorial Shrine, 3051 Green Pond Rd., Easton; the Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to First UCC, 27 N. 3rd St., Easton, PA 18042.
