I was so sorry to read of Joe’s passing.
He was a fellow classmate of PCHS 1968.
I have fond memories of him during our high school years. We were a small class and we all knew each other.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family,
Jo Marie (Baker) Gray

I am so sorry to learn of Joe’s passing. My family lived next to him in Phillipsburg many years ago. He was a very quiet and kind young man.
Sincerely,
