Judy Ann Fegley, 74 of Easton, PA went home to be with her Lord, Wednesday, November 13, 2024. Born in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Nathan and Ruth (Gingles) Fegley. She was a 1967 graduate of Easton High School and graduate of Churchman’s Business School. She was employed by Stoke’s Electric for many years before retiring.
Judy came to faith in Jesus Christ which began a joy-filled journey in getting to know and love Him more each day. This started her many years of service to others, including many acts of kindness. Judy was a very active and devoted member of Rock Church of Easton where she taught children about her Savior and His word for over 30 years, which brought her so much joy. She was truly loved by her church family, as she spread the word of God to all. She made a lasting impact on all her Sunday School students and everyone she knew. Judy also served as the church secretary and sang in the church choir for many years.
She is survived by many family and friends, including her lifelong friends, Bonnie and Gene. In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her sister, Lynne D. Fegley, in October of 2023.
Services are 1:30 PM Monday (Nov. 18) in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton with visitation from 1 to 1:30 PM. Interment is in Easton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Rock Church, 36 N. 6th St., Easton, PA 18042. Offer online condolences at www.AshtonFuneralHome.com.

Some people come into our lives and quietly go. Others stay for awhile and leave footprints on our hearts and we are never the same. I will never be the same I will never forget your kindness and your and Sister Lynne’s example of Prayer, Study of the word of God, and your giving of yourselves to others. Witnessing to whomever you came in contact with. Until we meet again.

Judy left an indelible mark on most people she met. A cheerful, friendly impression that she lived in a different plane than most. The life of Jesus within her bubbled forth in songs, prayers, laughter, compassion for others, honesty about her own struggles, and delight to share how Jesus gave her hope. I was privileged to join her in prayer many times over nearly five decades of friendship, and always left knowing that heaven had been touched by our requests and our spirits refreshed by the Lord’s presence. Judy was a treasured sister and a rare pilgrim who “knew that she knew that she knew” that the life she had in Christ was superior to anything this world offers, and that the new home where she’s now dancing, hooting and hollering is the forever home she’s longed for all these years. Jesus be praised! May we all join her there in His timing…
