June was a wonderful friend when we worked together at Lafayette. I hadn’t seen her in some time, had hoped to see her again. That wasn’t to be, but I have many happy memories of her.

When we moved next to June and Kenny in 1978, I found June to be a woman of class, culture and education. She was also always friendly and personable, and as life threw her challenges, she handled them as best she could without burdening others.
I send warmest condolences to Kenny, Sr. and Kenny, Jr., as well as all others in her family.

I was privileged to work with June for many years with her dedicated leadership in Northampton County Politics. But mostly, I recognize the sincere friendship that June and Ken had with my departed parents, Morris and Dorothy, as they traveled the country attending countless cultural events and volunteer activities. June was a kind and generous person in every way.
