Kathleen J. Connors, 68, of California, died Thursday, November 2, 2023 in St. Luke’s Hospital-Anderson. Born September 23, 1955 in Tracy, CA, she was the daughter of the late Wallace Riley Anders and Shirley (Hayman) Anders. She was a project manager for the California Department of Corrections and enjoyed cooking, cleaning, and gambling at the casinos.
Surviving are a son, Michael Block and his wife, Felicia of Rancho Cordova, CA; a brother, Terry Anders and his wife, Micki; and seven grandchildren.
