Kristi was the light & personification of courage. She created beautiful art & photography, inspired greatly by Nature. Her passion was ever present. She was stoic & self effacing and always with a glint in her eyes & smile on her face. She will be terribly missed & always loved. Thing about Kristi is, she’ everywhere there is a flower, a tree, a stream, the sun.

I knew Kristi in high school. We both used to ride horses at Hope Lock Farm. She was so sweet and friendly. How sad that she has passed.

Kristi will be remembered as such a rare blend of strength, beauty, and humor. We’re blessed to be able to see the world through her eyes in her art. Ruth and Bruce, I am so sorry for your loss.

When you say a person doesn’t have a mean bone in their body, you speak of Kristi. I can still hear her laughter and joy for anyone she considered a friend, and there were many. The world just lost a genuine soul. I lost a dear friend.

Ruth, our sincere sympathy in the passing of your amazingly beautiful and powerfully strong daughter who touched all our deep hearts at HOPE (Nu House) – Kristi was and always will remain a “part of our tribe” here. Her vision and talent will now be our focus to “pay her forward” to the world so everyone will come to understand her purposeful soul that lived among us all; teaching through her “gift” and example to believe in a force that lives within us ALL. Our Love to YOU and Bruce that the special moments you all shared will serve to comfort as the journey continues. Our Blessings and Love – The Tribe at Nu House
