Linda Sue Pfefferle, 66 of Easton, PA died Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at home. Born June 21, 1957 in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Donald and Beatrice (Dietz) Rice. She went to Easton High School and was an aide at Easton Nursing Center, a “lunch Lady” for the Easton School District and offered day care for many years.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years: Daniel Pfefferle; her children: Jennie Zuber (Jamie), Joshua Zuber (Allison); stepsons: Curtis and Daniel Pfefferle; a sister: Laurie Post; brother: Bob Rice; 5 grandchildren: Chloe, Elijah, Jaida, Isaiah and Kennedy; 2 great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers: Don, Ron, Tom and Terry and her precious pets: Ozzy, Izzy and Petie.
A calling period will be held from 4 to 5:30 PM Wednesday, July 19, 2023 in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton, PA 18042. Contributions may be to the family c/o the Ashton Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses. Offer online condolences at www.AshtonFuneralHome.com.

On July 27th i lost my sister and best friend Linda i am so lost without her i miss your phone calls at night you were a good wife mother and friends to a lot of people you will never be forgetting my thoughts and prayers to her family RIP sis i love you till we meet again Love you always Your Little Sis Laurie & Dan

Dan and family….I am so saddened to lose Linda. I know she fought hard, but it was her time to go home with the Lord. May you keep her love and memories alive in your hearts. I will miss her!!!! We had many laughs together.
