Marion E. Lesher

Marion E. Lesher, 83, of Plainfield Township, died Friday, December 16, 2022. Born March 20, 1939 in Easton, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Minnie (Igo) Wagner. Her husband, Robert W. Lesher died last year. Marion worked at Bon-Ton and St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church. She was a member of the Paint Box Art Club.

She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Schmauder and her husband, Gene, and Brenda Corkins; two sons, Edward Lesher and his wife, Joanne, and Kurt Fretz and his wife, Sandy; nine grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. A son, Fred Lesher, a brother, Martin Igo, and a granddaughter, Kelly predeceased her.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 5, 2023 in Arndt’s Lutheran Church, 1851 Arndt Rd., Easton. A visitation will be held from 10:30 am to 11:00 am in the church. Interment will be in Arndt’s Cemetery. The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling the arrangements.     Kurt, Sharon, Brenda & Eddie,

    My heart goes out to all of you. May you all find comfort that God has her in is arms now and she’s at peace in heaven with Bob. Marion was a great mother, wife and Aunt. Cherish all the great memories you all had with her and may God bring you all comfort and peace at this time. She truly was a wonderful person.

    Rest In Peace Aunt Marion…I’m so heartbroken that time got away from us. I pray you’re at peace & with my Dad & Uncle Bob! My heart hurts & I’m so sorry. My loving thoughts and prayers for everyone!
