So saddened at the news of the loss of this kind man. A perfectionist, who finally found perfection in Halle and Jake. Up to him, down to him. Peace to you all.

I worked with Michael for a brief period. He was a talented Chef and great team member always willing to help when needed. We are all very saddened by his passing. I know he cherished his children, Jacob and Halle. He also, very proudly, enjoyed showing off his brother’s late night video. Michael will be missed.

    Peace be with you….

Michael was a “stand up guy” as my father likes to say. He was an outstanding chef and manager, and I had the pleasure of working with him for many years. He treated his co-workers and employees like family. He was a proud father who put his kids and his family before everything else. His stories always made me laugh and were rarely “G Rated”!

    I will miss him.

My prayers go out to Michael’s family at their tremendous loss. Michael will be missed by all those who knew him. He was a wonderful, giving person and always took care of his staff, a very proud and loving father, excellent chef. I had the pleasure of working with him for several years and he left us far too early in his life.
