Barry, words fall short of the sadness of losing Patti. Your love and selfless devotion are evident. I have known Patti since childhood, over 60 years. We walked to school, rode our bikes, played and grew up together. Patti is the real deal – true to her family, authentic friend, ethical professional at work, and of course a huge heart for animals.
~ sending you hugs and will pray that God’s healing peace will comfort you

Patti’s loss is one that I may never reconcile with. We met in kindergarten. She was the perky girl with the ponytail, big smile, and that little bit of fresh that we all grew to love. I’m sure that others reveled in her success, as I did, as she moved up at the bank and made a name for herself. That she is gone too soon is impossible to believe, and I’m sure that she never gave up. She was a warrior in every way, in every battle, right to the end. My thoughts are with every one of her family members, many of whom I’ve known since childhood, and especially Barry.
