I have nothing but beautiful memories of Mr. Martinez! He was such a kind soul and his smile was something special! He lived down the block from me when I was just a little girl and then he lived right across the street from my aunt and uncle. He always kept a close eye on them and I used to love chatting with him out on the stoop of his front porch. He had such good stories to share and I know how much he loved his Sicilian pizza everyday at Pino’s! I will miss him so. He was friends with my mom too and always had kind words about her. He could always make her smile! My deepest sympathy to Liz and his sons and family!

My deepest condolences to the family. I met Mr. Martinez at Pinos about 3 years ago. I was there with my now wife and he greeted us so warmly as we were standing in line together. After we finished our food, I went to pay and the cashier informed me that he had paid for our meal and left a note that said ” it’s nice to see young people praying together, God Bless.” That awesome gesture is something that I will never forget. I pray peace for his family and trust that he rests in the arms of Jesus.

    Mr. Keith and family,
My thoughts are with you. Your father must have been a very special person to have raised such a wonderful son. Your character is a true tribute to his hard work and dedication. He lives on through you and your family as you pass on his wisdom to your children and the children at Sharon Hill School.

Liz, Kevin. Keith and extended family.

I had the pleasure of working with Paul during his and my tenure with the City of Easton.

Upbeat, positive, gentle and caring were his enduring traits whether it was President of AFSCME, a city worker or a friend. He was always a pleasure to be around regardless of the hat he was wearing.

I have and will continue to think of him often. Such a gentle man.

Liz and Kevin…..my deepest sympathy to both you and your families. I will always remember Paul as a true gentleman, and a lovely person. I will fondly remember his many years as a patient at Dr. Betts office, and later as a fellow parishioner at St. Joseph’s and Our Lady of Mercy churches.
