Richard L. Takach, 62, of Phillipsburg, NJ died Monday, February 11, 2013 in Warren Hospital.
Born: June 24, 1950 in Trenton, NJ he was a son of the late John and Eleanor Cody Takach.
Personal: A 1968 graduate of Cathedral HS, Trenton, he was a butcher at various stores in the area before retiring from the A& P in Califon, NJ. He also served in the Reserves and was an avid Yankees fan.
Survivors: His wife of 25 years: the former Patty Carman; children: Richard and his wife Marybeth of Marlton, NJ; Kimberly Flowers and her husband Robert of Mercerville, NJ; Kevin and his fiancé Corinne Adams of Phillipsburg, NJ; 2 sisters: Gwendolyn Pownall of Yardville, NJ; Michelle Gilmer of Langhorne, PA; 2 grandchildren: Derek and Melanie Flowers; lifelong friend and former wife: Toni Takach of Mercerville, NJ; and grandpuppy: Leroy.
Services: Will be private; the Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling the arrangements.

to the tackach family I know words cannot errase the pain you are all going through but I want you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers Rich was a great friend of mine ,we shared a lot of laughs tears Rich was like a brother to me and taught me a lot.we had many memories together.he will never be forgotten! may god bless you all in your hour of need. with all of our prayers Barry @ Cyndi Disidore
