Robert A. “Bob” Courtright, Jr., 59 of Phillipsburg, NJ died Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Warren Campus. Born December 29, 1964 in Easton, PA he was a son of the late Robert Courtright, Sr. and Mary Lou (Harlan) Wollman. He was a 1983 graduate of Easton High School and earned Certifications as a welder and an auto mechanic. His wife, Stephanie (Phillips) Courtright died in 2019. He had been employed by Bi-State Construction in Tatamy. Bob was a member of the Welders Union and former member of Palmer Moravian Church. He also loved collecting childhood memorabilia, antiques and St. Bernard dogs.

He is survived by his daughter: Alexis Courtright of Macungie, PA; stepdaughter: Elyssa Davis of Wilson Borough; his sister: Sue Gannon (husband Tim) of Palmer Twp.; his brother: Jim Wollman (wife Felicia) of Easton; nieces and nephew: Krista, Kelsi, Justine and James.

A memorial service will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday (August 7) in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton, PA with a calling period from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Interment is private in Northampton Memorial Shrine. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org. Offer online condolences at www.AshtonFuneralHome.com.

    The first day I meet Bobby at work was the start of a good friendship. As I got to know him better I discovered that he was the person who would give the shirt off his back to help someone. I will miss you and peace and blessing to all the family.

    Kevin and Bob were very close friends back in the day. They had alot of good tines together. Bob’s family is in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time. May you find peace and comfort in the wonderful memories you shared. Our deepest condolences.
