    Dear Nancy,

I saw Bobby’s obituary in the paper recently and aside from being taken aback, my head was immediately flooded with fond memories of him during his time as a member of the team at Puritan Products. His sense of humor and pleasant and positive demeanor is what I will remember most. If that weren’t enough, he was always our top performer on the manufacturing floor, outperforming everyone including those who were decades younger than he. He did this as a matter of choice as if it was expected, and was never brash or boastful about it. In fact, he performed all day everyday in the same stellar way and had a smile on his face the entire time. He was simply the epitome of the ideal employee and teammate. Everyone loved Bobby and enjoyed the fact that he was part of the team. We were a much better company because of his invaluable contribution. I was blessed to have known him. My most heartfelt condolences to you and your family for your loss.
