I’m so sorry for your loss. Rod was a good friend. He was very kind and caring. I loved seeing him walking Yoda and washing his car, with Yoda dutifully standing guard. And I loved how he called me “kid.” He will be missed and always remembered for the great man that he was.

My deepest condolences to Deborah and Family .
Dearest Rod was so kind to me and the Easton Ambassadors. He sent us cards of encouragement, thanks, and holiday greetings, goodies to share, and calls on the holidays wishing us well. We called him “Rod Our Ambassador”. He stopped in to our holiday parties for a moment to wish us well. He let me know when lights were out in the trees or ideas he had for me to pass along. During the pandemic lockdown, I called to check in on him and Deborah, and he would wave at us from their apartment window, which gave us comfort. Wiping down his pretty red car with the music playing allowed us the fun of his cheerful “hello.” He was a caring friend, always willing to chat to see how I was doing, talk about his beautiful wife, family, and little faithful Yoda. I could go on with all his kindness and memories. We know Rod rests in peace. Our friend will be sincerely missed,

Dear Deborah, Yoda, Danny, and Donald,
John and I were shocked to learn of Rod’s demise. We had been friends for over 40 years and we still kept in touch after the move to Pennsylvania. Rod was a wonderful person, a Christian, a great Artist, and Writer. He shared many of his poems with us prior to his demise. We will always cherish them.
Please accept our sincere heartfelt sympathy. We know Rod’s suffering is over and he is in a better place. We are here for you Deborah.
Love, Hugs, Blessings, and Prayers
Linda and John Giurato
