Rosa C. Moncayo, 74, of Palmer Township, died Thursday, August 27, 2020 in St. Luke’s Hospital.
Born September 1, 1945 in Banos, Ecuador, she was a daughter of the late Casimiro and Mariana (Valencia) Navarrete.
She is survived by her husband, Hugo Moncayo; her children, Linda Moncayo, Silvia Moncayo, Richard Bustos and Edwin Moncayo; and a brother and two sisters.
Services will be private. The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling the arrangements.
