Rosalie Cavanagh, 69, of Palmer Twp., PA died Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson Campus. Born May 20, 1951 in Easton, PA she was a daughter of the late Catherine (Todaro) and John Woolever. A 1970 graduate of Easton High School, she was employed by The Easton Home for 46 years before retiring. Rosalie loved “dot to dot” books, word search puzzles, crafting and Doo Wop music. She also loved vacationing in Cape May, NJ.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years: Donald Cavanagh; sisters: Alice Ann Hank (husband Roy, Sr.) of Easton, Catherine Schanowolf of WV, Wayne Woolever (wife Betty) of Palmer Twp.; Margaret “Peggy” Walliser of Nazareth, PA; goddaughters: Donna Frankenfield, Cheryl VanDuyne; nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held 11 AM Monday (Dec. 21) at Northampton Memorial Shrine, 3051 Green Pond Rd., Easton. The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling arrangements. Offer online condolences at www.AshtonFuneralHome.com.

Rosalie was a wonderful woman.
I never heard her say an unkind word about anyone.
She was as beautiful on the inside as she was in the outside.

I was saddened to hear of Rosalie’s passing. I knew her from high school as a member of the class of 1970. She was also friends with my closest friends, Carol Pulli and MaryAnn Marzuoli. I have fond memories of her as a sweet and caring woman .My deepest and sincere condolences are with you & your family. Words just can’t say how sad & sorry we are about Rosalie. She was such a wonderful person. I ( Deb) loved being around her. She was so funny, always cheerful & happy. Always made me laugh.
