Shirley Ann Seifert, 72, of Forks Twp., PA died Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Easton Hospital. Born January 25, 1945 in Nazareth, PA she was the daughter of the late Roy and Elizabeth (Johnson) Fehnel. She earned her RN at Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia and was employed by Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia for many years. She was also a private duty nurse on College Hill in Easton for several years and member of Arndts Lutheran Church, Forks Twp. Shirley enjoyed gardening, cooking and traveling with her husband and friends. She was also a talented artist, who loved working on arts and crafts.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years: James B. Seifert; a brother: Charles Fehnel in Atlanta, GA; and two nieces. She was predeceased by a brother George Fehnel.
A Memorial Service will be held 10 AM Wednesday, May 17 in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton.
